I installed this app about two weeks ago. It really worked out great! I have contacted customer service twice and they are eagerly waiting to help with questions and problems and solutions. Abuzar was awesome in fixing my issue! I have actually had several people to purchase because of the back in stock alert so that's a benefit for a small business. My only wish would be for them to have a not restocking button so that you don't have to delete your product in order not to continue to get the back in stock request. Great app!

The support was excellent and they had my button set up on my store (which wasn't one of the supported themes) in minutes. It works great so far and I'm pleased that it integrates with Omnisend and offers SMS and more. Definitely the best value out of all the options out there!

I would recommend this app to everyone who is looking for a solution for their customers to get an email if there is a restock on their homepage - as the apps name said. I had several questions which were answered in a few minutes. I already got my upgrade!

Works out of the box. Had a minor question to improve something. Even on a Saturday I got response from the developers within a few seconds. He fixed it for me. Starting on the free plan and will upgrade later.

The app does exactly what I want it do do, and can be customised quite a bit. It has features I could not find in other apps I looked at, such as notification when looking at a collection page, and the option for a subscription sign-up when a customer registers for an email alert. Tech support is fast, friendly and helpful. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the price. It has a free plan which is great, but in order to enable some of the features I would consider essential you need to upgrade to a Pro version, at nearly $40 a month. The following is a criticism of SHOPIFY, NOT THE APP DEVELOPER: Shopify's philosophy is to sell you a half finished product with many features I would consider basic and essential missing, and then you have to shop around and pay for extra apps just to make it work like you would expect. By the time you add all the extra apps it can run into hundreds of dollars a month, which is crippling for start-ups.
