so far so good. The customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this app for someone looking to add this tool. They even have a decent free option that will truly allow you to test it out unlike like others.

Missing some advanced features but very responsive support chat! No software will work 100% for each business so good support that can help with custom issues is key!

This app is simple, easy to use, I love that it lets us reconnect and capture sales that would have likely otherwise been lost (hard to say for sure but we've made 56 additional sales totaling over $5,700 in the last 6 months - the app tracks it for you). WELL worth the cost if you go with the paid version. There are a few small features I'd love to see added, but they have one of the best "request a feature" sections I've seen in an app. Customer service also has been very quick to respond and helpful when I have questions.

We used this app to allow our customers to sign up for back in stock notifications and it's great! I received excellent customer service and they were super helpful in getting the app integrated into my site!

I am kind of satisfied with this app. You can install it within hours. It is relatively easy to setup. However, I am a bit disapponted how they can support you in some more advanced HTML coding. We want to make sure our back-in-stock e-mails look similar to our other e-mails. We have provided Appikon with some standard HTML code from the e-mails we are sending from Shopify (which look good in all email programs), but they are not capable yet to apply this HTML code in their e-mails. I truly hope Appikon will one day be capable of providing some more in depth support regarding this.

This app is super easy to use. nice to set up with various options on the pages. Spoke to someone for some help and they changed it within seconds for me. Great app and great customer service! would recommend giving it a go
