I am kind of satisfied with this app. You can install it within hours. It is relatively easy to setup. However, I am a bit disapponted how they can support you in some more advanced HTML coding. We want to make sure our back-in-stock e-mails look similar to our other e-mails. We have provided Appikon with some standard HTML code from the e-mails we are sending from Shopify (which look good in all email programs), but they are not capable yet to apply this HTML code in their e-mails. I truly hope Appikon will one day be capable of providing some more in depth support regarding this.

I had a very good experience with "Back in Stock" app. The support team is responding very fast, on sunday evening I had an issue and in less than 3 minutes they solved it on my behalf. Highly recommended.

I VERY rarely leave reviews but I just had too here. Abuzar helped me with some styling issues I was having and he was swift and got it done in 5 minutes completely FOC. Really nice app and does exactly what I need, and the support was super. They did the small modifications and now it's a perfect fit for our shop. I like that it has integrations to PageFly and Mailchimp too.

I installed their App this week with little issues. I did require some tech support which they addressed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is that their alerts and countdown clock should be visible on the home page of my site so the shopper doesnt have to select a product to learn that it is out of stock. All my goods were out of stock. But super nice fit to my store.

I've looked for a restock app that actually worked with my symmetry layout and none of them did anything till I used this app. I pay for the pro and get all the features I want! Customer service was quick to reply and helped me fix my site the way I wanted. Honestly really great people and a great app! Would recommend if you're looking for something simple that works!

This app is very easily to use and very customizable. Customer service is great - she basically helped me adjust anything I didn't know how to do on my own. Highly recommend!

This app is easy to use and support is responsive. It helps us know what products folks are most interested in so we can get them back in stock. It's great to not have to contact people manually when we restock.
