Does what it says and does it well. Custom script integrations are available for stores with themes not present in the dropdown menu of the theme integration settings. Contact Back in Stock for help if a custom script is needed.

Works as expected, with little fuss. One recommendation to new users would be to make sure your minimum inventory thresholds are setup (Campaigns >> Delivery Settings) so that a single unit being made available doesn't send a back in stock notification to 3 people. But otherwise, its ready to go out of the box. Support team was responsive to app install support. Kudos to Baaqi, in particular.

Couldn't be happier with the response of this app. Works great. Very customizable, and CS is unbelievably helpful. If you have a shop that runs out of product often, this is the best app for that!

Customer first service! We have used Back in Stock for a while now and it's been such a valuable tool for our business.

Support was quick and efficient, app works great! They were able to address a small issue with switching themes, with speed and accuracy.

Back in Stock has helped us easily manage the out of stock alerts for our shopify store. Baaqi in particular has been a huge help when we need customer service attention. We will be a long time customer based on the service and quality of this application within shopify!

We have many positive reviews from our shopping customers about app's function and we are really happy using it on our store. It was already a very useful and great app when we started using but what I like is that the app team keeps improving the function/flexibility which is the proof that they are listening to the feedbacks and requests from stores. As the app implemented new functions, we had some new questions, but Sara and D'Angelo were great help with their prompt reply and guidance.

It's a pretty good app and the support is relatively responsive. It is more expensive than most restock apps, but my experience has been pleasant so it's all good. You're not up customizability is a huge plus as well.
