So far so good - really quick and helpful support.

Edited Review- I was having issue with the "Notify Me" button coming up on products where inventory wasn't tracked. And I was also having issues with the Coming Soon and Pre-Order features. I emailed multiple times and was pretty frustrated after 2 weeks of no one answering but finally today Andy came on and we went back and forth through emails a few times until all my issues were fixes. The app is really great and was exactly what I was looking for, the lack of the 1 star is just for the initial slow response from customer support. If you're having issues keep messaging and someone will eventually get back to you!

Despite some initial problems, everything now works properly.

Easy to install, customer service answered quickly to make the widget compatible with my theme and the best part is that they have a free plan, so if you are a small business you can try it out before paying a fee if you don't need to send many notifications/month. Highly recommended!

The app is easy to set up and use. When I ran into a problem (the "notify when available" button was showing on in-stock variants instead of just out-of-stock variants) the Ordersify team was quick to fix it, and they also helped customize the size of the button.

The app would not install on my Shop shellyparts.de (supply theme). Support-Team responded immediately and within 24h everything was fine. Excellent!

I'm really happy with this app. It's useful to not only send a notification to the customers when what they are looking for is back in store, but for me to have an idea what should I prioritise in my next buying cycle. I spotted a small issue after installing it and provided feedback to the developers whom acted immediately on it and fix it in no time, like really fast. So far very happy with the results and the speed and good communication with the team behind it.

This App is perfect for our site and exactly what we needed to customise our alerts. The customer service is prompt, friendly and easy followed. I can't recommend highly enough! Glad I found this APP!

I really like this app. It's one of the most simple and straight forward apps we have. It's easy to use and actually does what it's supposed to which is unusual for Shopify apps. We have had some things that have needed sorting out by support but generally these have been dealt with fairly quickly. I am aware that the support team is very small so things might take a bit longer but then the app actually works so it's worth waiting for! Definitely recommend.

The app is working like clockword, easy to set up and provides great value for our customers! We have been great fans so far. We had some trouble exporting the notifications. After posting our issues here, the support reached out and helped us immediately.
