I had an issue installing the app to get the notification box to show up. They fixed the issue as fast with only a couple of emails. Still waiting to see the functionality but know they'll fix any issues fast which is amazing!

Very good consumer support, and helpfull, thanks ! I love the way you can customize your notification and e-mail, and you can translate it in many languages (French for example is important to my consumers) to make sure all your consumers can be notified of your stock or products news.

I use this app because on my old platform I found the low stock notifications so efficient and was disappointed to see this isn't a feature of Shopify. That was until I found Ordersify. It's so easy to add but I did email to get some things integrated. WOW, I'm blown away by the service from CS and Andy. Within an hour my request is being actioned.
