We have been using B2B Wholesale Hub for years now. It is always stable, provides flexibility, and has great tech support. I recommend that app if you want to offer a B2B option on your site.

This app helps us sort out B2B sales in an efficient way. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but pretty close. Helpful customer service from Orbit and easy to install.

Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club. Update 2024-Aug-27 - had some minor issue with a discount code not automatically syncing. Contacted them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 10/10 customer support.

Excellent App. Does everything that I need it to do in order to run my wholesale business on Shopify. The support is excellent as well. Always responsive and helpful.

Great customer service. Helped with some custom code we needed so that their app would work with our website. We have very complex pricing structures for different wholesale groups, plus we often need to check these customers out on POS. This app does it all. Please note, however, that wholesale customers will not be able to use other discount codes. UPDATE: Customer service always excellent. They have always responded fast. We have contacted them a lot over the past year because of our changing needs. They always put in the extra work to get to the bottom of any problems we have run into.

If we could give more then 5 stars we absolutely would! Working with B2B and Orbit was an amazing experience! Our process of changing from Squarespace to Shopify was a challenging one and creating exclusive rules / options for our wholesale buyers was made so easy by the staff. We spoke with several members over the course of the process and everyone was able to pickup right where the previous member left off. This allowed for no down days in between our endless questions and need of support. Again we cannot rave enough about this company and most importantly their employees. Kay, Jack, & Rob were amazing!

Kay was so helpful! She went above and beyond in helping us solve a coding issue by giving us clear instructions on how to go about resolving the problem.

App does what is required... giving us the ability to provide trade and discount pricing. We had a couple of issue upload .csv file with trade pricing but the customer service was super quick at advising us how to do this

Alex was extremely helpful. He communicated very clearly and fixed my problem without having to change much of my code. Minimal changes keeps all my old code working well, but the glitch he fixed, he fixed quickly and then was very patient with me as I tested different browsers and situations to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

Terrible support. I've submitted multiple requests to the support team, as I keep getting an error from the app saying that "Install error There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP." No one gets back to me. There is no live chat. It's been so long since I have submitted the request and I can see on the admin panel that they haven't even logged in, to check out the issue!

I shopped around for a while before choosing the app we wanted to use for B2B. This app covers all areas that we needed and is easy to set up. The response time to my many questions has been very fast. Thank you Kay for all the help. Even being in Australia the response time was quick. I feel confident in sharing the B2B access with our wholesale customers now. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to sell wholesale without needing expensive software or Shopify Plus.

We had a small issue with something we had done so contacted support through their chat. Kay was quick to respond and very helpful. We had our issue fixed in no time at all. Very impressed with their service, Thanks again.
