They are updating there proccesing system for amazon , i had some issues but it looks like things will be up and running soon , so far customer service has been great they are trying their best to help and get certain bugs fixed on the app and overall i have evolved my website with their platform i am able to get amazon products up on my website with decent shipping times which i am very happy about , i do believe using this platform will be a great advantage and help boost sales just out of the fact of using auto ds finder. better products available to upload and fast shipping is key to running a business.

Best customer service, the only automatic amazon ordering app too, 10/10 would recommend. they respond in less than 1 minute and are super helpful.

I believe the app can improve by making it more user friendly. There are times that it's quite hard to navigate and does not update the prices of the products from the sellers site at the latest. Otherwise, still learning the process of drop shipping and this app is a great start for a newbie.

I'm a first time user and AutoDS Help Center was very quick on helping me with my problem. They made it very easy for me to understand everything. I highly recommend this app.

decided to give 0 star within a 5 minutes of using it. first of all their chatting sytem is very weird. when you are in the chat mode and suddenly jump to another page. for example, searching for a product and then the chat tab get disappears and when replied to you you can't even figure out where to get back in chat mode. their dashboard is also very terrible. especially for new drop shippers. I was like I was lost somewhere. I have tested out dser cjdrop spocket but have never seen so confusing site like this. importing a product and researching a product with both parts are not easy for me. they may be best in some other part but for me, the first impression is not enough to hold.

I switched from DSer to AutoDS. It was a great move. You can set up other suppliers (on DSer you can only use AliExpress) and they have this auto-fullfilment where you don't need to do anything. it is like having a VA included in the price :-)

I am using the App for the last few month, and found it really really useful for Dropshipping, Customer service is also very good and efficient in solving if there's any issue. i will highly recommend this App
