I have been enjoying it so far. Support is super helpful, especially Mechelle. I really value the accessibility when things need fixing, it makes me feel comfortable if I run into a problem that it can be fixed quickly.

Lots of ways to find products to DS ! Easy integration into your webstore rather you use eBay, Shopify etc !

This app is helping me with order fulfillment, inventory stocking and checking. It gives me the ability to add massive amounts of products in a snap of a second!

** Update: after my review I received an email from the company offering me a refund. I received a full refund from them which I truly appreciate. However i still stand with not using this company, they are very helpful and understanding.** I just canceled my account because of the insane amount of fees they charge for everything. To load money onto the account you have to pay up to 5% fees, then you only have the option to load 50, 100,200,300, or 1000. You cant add a specific amount, if you have orders that add up to $64 you have to add 100 and if you have other dropshipping companies and want to transfer your money back over you have to pay a 10% fee. You lose money with this company, also if you decide to change your plan in the middle of the month then change it again you get charged for all three changes then if you decide to downgrade you have to pay for all of those as well. Also the site is so glitchy and sometimes you wont see your orders until your customers complain. I had to refund 2 orders because of this! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I am in the beginning stages of my dropshipping store and the customer service has been so keen in resolving all my questions so far, thanks to Rizza Jean and all the active support at Autods.

This app proved it has some usefulness. It is straight forward to connect to Shopify then able to import products from various suppliers.

they helped me upload a product and were very helpful with the process she even helped find my item i was looking for and couldn't find

Helped me try to resolve an issue regarding items on hold relating to delivery times. Shalauddin was quick to respond and helpful.
