This is one of my favorite apps in my shop. Not just for the functionality, but the superb customer support. Thanks for helping make administrative tasks more manageable.

One of the worst support in shopify, those guys can take 3 days to respond and when they do its so un useful, the idea is there but the implementation isnt. Texts dont work and nothing is actually automated. I have no idea how it has 19 reviews.... Wow Fake??? dude we have paid 5 invoices, you just made the viewers see through your unprofessional attitude and ego! Put them both aside and maybe you will get some kind of subscriptions. This is exactly why we left the app, it was simply because you hardly answer our questions and you are hardly ever professinal to begin with. To those who just came across this app, the app doesnt work with texting and here is why! Customers in North America will use a +1 area code and then the number, this app skips the area code and goes straight to the number with a + so for example it would go as +9 or +8 ignoring the +1. They completely said they have no control over this and its a shopify thing, like are you serious? Its super sad that your response was this review is fake instead of trying to fix this app or make it right for your customer. Best of Luck, you will definitely need it!

This app is fantastic, and as it grows could be the single best app for automation in the store. I used this app to automate our product uploads. I can set the Google Shopping categories, some of my product tags, and set the handle and meta titles. The app's customer services and development team are very responsive and available for live chat during business hours. I had some alterations, and they helped me set less than 24-hours of my original email.

I didnt know support could be this good. I needed to mass delete products. Webchat had it done and built in less than 30 minutes. excited to see how much this will improve our site.

A must have app, between custom-fields and Mr. Arigato for automation you have endless possibilities for customizing and automating so many processes. I use Mr Arigato to auto tag as well as auto add products to collections when they meet a specific criteria - such automation saves tremendous time and also prevents mistakes! I also needed to combine a bunch of fields into one, I asked Bonify support team and they were able to quickly guide me on how to do what I need quickly - THE SUPPORT IS OUTSTANDING A highly recommend and I don’t usually highly recommend so they really deserve it. Keep up the great work guys.

I asked the team for a custom workflow and within 24 hours (wasn't even a customer yet) they whipped it up. Upon importing the new workflow to our shopify store, it was all set up! This automation is saving us huge time and money and with Arigato it's been easy and smooth. Their support team is available and responds inside of a business day. Great app so far, and stellar customer service! They also walked me through a fairly sophistication notification set up. I had a chat open with their staff for a good 45 minutes and they were there throughout, stayed super on top of it, and were very patient with me (not the savviest tech-wise). Highly recommend them!

I came from Zapier, and I was quickly impressed. Having the ability to run instant automation is really key, especially for us since we are an on-demand service provider. Support took minutes, and not the hours that I was expecting. I'm now taking a look at their other apps based on the quality of the Arigato app.

I used this app to automate follow up SMS on pending manual payments, which is not available on other SMS app. Their support is very responsive and they immediately resolved the problems that I encountered.

We're using the app to automatically tag orders with a custom attribute that we've added in the back-end in order to help us do order searches (an attribute we would not have otherwise been able to search) by that data. John Carbone from the Arigato team has been really helpful and quick to assist. Highly recommend!

We wanted to display Inventory by location on our site, and also have the inventory of a virtual location dictate the "Allow overselling" policy of the product. ie, when Virtual warehouse 3 becomes zero stock, turn off overselling of product which only fulfills from main location. The team assisted us by adding more options into the App and talked us through setting it up. Now we manage inventory the way WE want to, not limited by Shopify's "Fullfill from" rules. Can't honestly speak highly enough about these guys and the App. www.homecontrolshop.com

I bet this is the best app on shopify. You can do anything with it and being able to automate my processes frees up some much more time for me to be out doing other things to scale my business. Also, the app support is amazing. AMAZING.

This is the most useful (and fun to use) app I use on my store!! It does exactly what it says plus also really easy to use in ways and to automate repetitive things I do every day. I was originally going to have a private app created to solve these problems though as Mr Arigato allowed me to solve these problems elegantly this is no longer necessary. I also found the customer support from the developers to be above and beyond any other app I've used (and I've used quite a number in my time - haha). They even added the ability to create a redirect to the order status page url so customers can go to a shortened URL and be redirected to the right spot. This is definitely worth trying and as far as I know the only app that allows you to automate your website.

Having experienced Shopify Flow (a Plus exclusive app), we've been looking for something to take it's place & do an awful lot of the day-day "stuff" that we knew we could be automating. From reminders to reorder stock when it hits or drops below a certain level, to auto cancelling & refunding blacklisted customers, to setting up a Order Filter for customers that select "Express" at checkout so they never get missed, plus a whole lot more - Arigato is nailing it! We had a couple of niggles getting started but John was all over it & couldn't have been more helpful! :D (largely user error ;)) Really looking forward to saving a shed load of time & seeing where the app goes in the future. Plus, auto ordering that Domino's pizza when a select order lands. Yup, seriously. Thank you, guys! We'll be recommending Arigato for sure!

Great app, especially after Test Center has been added. Let's you generate all sorts of workflows. For me the selling point was the ability to send emails based on a product. And customer support is fantastic. You don't get that kind of personalized customer service too often anymore. 5+ Stars!

Wow! The possibilities are endless with this app. Within hours of installing it, I reached out to the devs about a workflow that I was interested in - tagging and making a note to an order when a customer buys 2 of a certain product. Well, it wasn't available so Johh went and created a custom workflow for me. Mind you this is all while on the free tier. This app has so many amazing possibilities. Fantastic app, fantastic support!

I used this app to automate adding information to a customer's order under certain conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of FREE onboarding and consultation provided by Mr. Arigato's staff. Highly suggest using this app if you would like to replace simple or even complex manual processes with an automated solution.
