We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us. We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one. EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating. Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. Definitely one of the better apps I've ever used. Their customer support is top tier to say the least. To be honest, they reply a lot faster than Shopify does. No shade to Shopify, just want to highlight how quick they are to help and make it known. Easy program to work with, and they walk you through what they are doing. Cant recommend it enough Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. Reviews like yours motivate us to work hard and continuously improve.
