Une pépite absolue ! C’est LA meilleure appli de récompenses que j’ai testée, et pourtant j’en ai essayé pas mal. Prix ultra accessible (bien moins cher que les autres), SAV réactif comme jamais : ils répondent en moins d’une minute et règlent tout direct, sans prise de tête. Oui, l’appli n’est pas traduite et j’ai mis deux jours à tout personnaliser… mais franchement, ça en valait chaque seconde : l’immersion est totale pour mes clients. Résultat ? ➡️ 3 ventes en 4 jours, uniquement grâce à des clients qui sont revenus pour dépenser leurs points. Personnalisation poussée à fond, système de fidélité qui fait vraiment revenir les clients, et une équipe au top. Franchement, foncez les yeux fermés. Merci pour cet excellent avis ! We've used the loyalty program since 2023, and we love it! Appstl includes a variety of features so you can design a rewards program that fits your business, as well as something that grows with you. They've added a ton of new features, benefitting customers as well as our design team. It integrates easily with Shopify, but support is always available (and super friendly and helpful) if you have any issues. Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. We chose this because of the low cost, full features, and insignificant performance impact. It delivers better than many more expensive apps which didn't have all the features or negatively impacted store performance. We wanted point redemption in checkout, and that works well. We wanted a page to manage points, not a floating widget, also an effective feature. Beyond that it is incredibly feature-intense. The quick knowledgeable response from their customer service chat is very impressive. They figure things out quickly or find next best workarounds to accomplish what you want.
