This app is amazing! I offer 6 different product options (candles) and each product option has 15+ different scent variants. I have never been able to find a bundle/discount app that allows me to offer discounts for so many variants until finding this one! The customer service is amazing as well! I had a technical problem with setting up a Volume Discount in Appstle Boundle app. He solved the issue in very short period of time and setup all parameters exactly I wanted to be setting up. I am using this app to liquidate older inventory. This app made doing so very easy. It allowed me to create static bundles for me sell and instead of having to rephotograph everything, there is a list of the items included with the product shots in the listing. When I had a few logistical questions, the chat support was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable looking into my questions and getting clarifications for me. When I made the bundles I listed them, and as they sold, the best feature was that if a bundle could be made multiple times instead of being a one of a kind thing, that I could not see because I did it manually, the system pulled the inventory allowing me to make a sale that I would have made regularly. I also like that I can combine a bundle with free shipping inside the app, so that if someone purchases something else it does not affect the shipping of that other item with the bundle. The only super knitpicky thing is that when the bundle sells, it lists each individual item on the packing slip. That wasn't terrible, it was just not how I expected to see the items listed. It was still just fine and worked exactly as I needed/wanted it to. Very happy with this app and how it works. Thank you for the great review! We have used Appstle Memberships app and Bundles app in our business for about 1 year now and they are an integral part of our business and service to our clients and members. The re-curing payments work seamlessly we have never had an issue and it is easy to control from our admin side any changes that we want to make. They seem to be always improving the functionality of the app and there's always new nice little surprise enhancements that continue to make everything work seamlessly. The support team are always quick to respond and have gone the extra mile on more than one occasion when we wanted to implement some member only pricing initiatives.
