My business partner and I absolutely love this app. It has made our business flourish, and the best part of all is the support we receive anytime we feel stuck, it's always nice to know someone is willing to help resolve our issues. We are on the monthly plan and is soooo worth it.

This app is very easy to use, very intuitive, it didn't take me much work to configure what I wanted and when I needed help, their customer service helped me quickly. Thanks a lot!

My experience with the Propel Booking app is truly fantastic. It really has everything you could hope for in an app. It is very well designed and navigable. The onboarding session is extremely user-friendly and simple. And an added bonus for me was the immediate availability of Tom, the Propel rep who was there to answer any questions and thereby making a user-friendly experience even more amazing!!

Amazing support team and easy to set up and add to products. Our website now has a professional looking calendar customers can easily make bookings on.

This is one of the best apps I've added to my store! Set up walked me through everything, and was so easy! I previously tried a different appointment app and it was confusing and not the easiest to install. I had a couple questions after setting up my first products and Tom went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! VERY impressed and so excited to have this app part of my store!

Very happy with the app and the features. It's very easy to use compared to the other apps I've tried. The customer support is speedy and great. Everyone I communicated with has been quick to help and answer any questions.

App is great, and support is fantastic.The app does exactly as advertised and it is very intuitive to use.

For non-english companies or websites its the best solution for appointments! Don't worry if something is not working properly because help line is so fast to figure out what's going on!

Tom was super helpful in answering my questions, and fixing a couple issues for me. Excited to use the app, I think it will work well for my needs.

It was a bit difficult to find the chat again once I needed help. My problem was easily solved once I did find the chat again. Update I was able to use the group setting for appointments but it is hard to just pin it on one day. I will say the customer service was a little better. However the messages came through Facebook which I am not always on.

This five-star rating is for the set-up of the app as well as the online support (I've not used the app yet for bookings). I have found the app very easy to customize and when I have had questions, the online support responded promptly.

Great app! Super simple to instal on your shopify store. And if you have any issues, their team will be there to help you. Out of all the apps I’ve worked with, they have the best customer service hands down.

Happy to have found this app. I compared all the scheduling apps and this one had everything I was looking for: allows multiple services, google calendar integration, complete control and customization. And the best part is that its currently FREE. Plus some awesome extras: ability to remove watermark, and quick customer service that has helped me several times already. They have gone above and beyond. I appreciate all the features and I couldn't be happier as a growing small business looking to schedule clients!
