I have used another higher ranked booking app before using Appointly, I can say I'm more satisfied with Appointly because even their free plan can meet almost all my needs. Sam from customer service team is also very helpful and fast responding. All and all it's a good app. Highly recommended!

Great little app - v useful for scheduling visits by customers and quite important if you are not a retail outlet which is open all the time. We are hoping that the self-serving feature will allow our customers to book appointments at ease and reschedule without the need to call or email us. The staff are quick to respond. They are always willing to help you with your queries, The app is very easy to use. My only criticism is that you can't book multiple services at the same time.
