The app works great. We're using the app to schedule appointments for our beauty salon. You can customize messages and reminders, which is great! Their customer service is fast and friendly.

This app does exactly what we need. We had some small issues at the start, But Sam responded apt and changed some code on their end and it got solved in 15 minutes! The cool part is that all the goodies: asking questions, integrating into your Google calendar, having a Zoom appointment instead of a face-to-face one are priced at a very acceptable $9. For which other planning apps Like Cowlendar charge up to $29 a month! Which is crazy as our whole Shopify subscription costs that per month, as we are a small business. We had a thorough testing on all use cases and tried to break it. Especially the integration parts to Google and Zoom. And everything works. Even the unhappy flows. We did find a small improvement in the user interaction, which Sam found quite interesting. He is probably going to put it on the product roadmap for development. Where can you find such a responsive and open to feedback software supplier? It is rare. Definitely a recommendation this app!!!

As a startup we have tried a few appoinment app and found Apointly: easy to use with a great plan! The support is prompt and to-the-point too. We are satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone.

App is straight forward and easy to integrate with website. Dashboard provides easy appointment tracking along with customizations. Sam on the support team was great and helped provide guidance for specific appointment booking options.

I went through a few other appointment scheduling apps before finding Appointly. This is by far the cleanest, most user-friendly experience. The support is also fantastic - I had a couple small issues & customer service promptly replied & walked me thru it in a few short minutes. I cannot recommend this app more highly!!!
