I must say I am impressed. I was able to schedule a meeting with the staff and they were on time and helpful. Furthermore, after the meeting, I still had some questions on setting up the calendar so I chatted. Not only they responded to the chat box in a timely manner but they guided me every step of the way on how to set up my calendar the way I needed it set up. Further more, before the chat was done, they confirmed everything was done and working properly. I greatly appreciate them for their guidance and patience with me.

I have been using Apntly for 7 months to give visitors the options to book service appointments directly from the website. The app works great, it gives schedule options based on the settings that I determined and captures payment in a seamless process. The developers are super responsive and provided me with immediate service each time I requested support allowing me to be live with new products in no time. Highly recommend the app and developers.

UNFORTUNATELY, this app lacks where most other apps help. I don’t understand why there are so many 5 star reviews, other than the owner BEGGING people to post reviews after using it for one day. I was unable to copy all integrations into multiple services, you can only add one service at a time, you don’t really get a lot of statistics (how many people viewed the calendar, etc.), there were bugs in the timing, and I had to set up MULTIPLE team profiles in order to make my schedule WORK FOR ME! (I’m a one man band, too!) What I did like? I did appreciate the style and the layout on my site in general, though there wasn’t really a difference in “color” selection that I HAD TRIED TO SELECT! It was a bit of an annoyance, as it didn’t match my site and stuck out like a sore thumb…. So, still a negative in the positive. It’s truly disheartening to see your review, especially since it seems that your inquiries via chat support were fully addressed. You reached out regarding how to change your availability and integrate Zoom with the app, and our team promptly provided the following guidance: To offer different timings for various services, there's no need to create separate team members. You can simply edit the availability for each service by navigating to Service > Edit > Open > Availability, and the updated timings will automatically apply. I also shared an example of this with you during our chat. Regarding adding multiple services, you can tag the products you wish to import, and these products will sync with the app in a single step. We also covered this when you inquired. Please let us know if there's anything more we can do to assist. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth experience.

Setting up the app is very intuitive and quick. All the important functions are included. Particularly noteworthy is the first-class support, which answered and resolved all questions in a very short time.
