I just started using this app and its great so far. The communication is great, they explained a lot to me I had a lot of questions that I needed answers to and support was helpful.

Nice lightweight app that sits in the background of our store and allows us to capture orders that might otherwise be lost when we are out of stock of a variant or product. For us itʻs a customer service focus boosting customer satisfaction since they do not have to return again later to complete their purchase when we are back in stock. Mahalo!

Initially had an issue because we used a custom Shopify Theme rather than the default "Debut". Got immediate help from Applikon Chat and they fixed it right then. Great Job.

The app itself does what it's supposed to do but it is a little limited at the moment and still needs some work. However the support team is super fast, helpful and friendly, if you have a problem with the app or if you want to customize some small things, they just fix it for you in no time. Recommended!

Kudos to the tech support team. They actually provide useful information and helped me resolve an issue with button captions. In less than five minutes. App now works as expected = replaces buy button with our custom bottom for preorder and also sends out preorder email confirmation.

We have been overwhelmed with sales and we were in desperate, immediate need of "backorder" functionality. We installed this app and got it up and running quickly. If you need help from the developers (as I did) they are quick to respond and very helpful.

I tried downloading numerous Pre Order apps but this was the only one that worked intuitively with a great help desk that was quick to respond, friendly and helped me get the job done.

I installed this app to help manage our pre-orders and after searching all over the App Store I am so pleased with this one. The customer service has been incredible to solve any issues I have run into & so responsive. Extremely easy to integrate and customise. Best plan options too compared to what else is out there. We started well with preorder but it hasn't worked reliably at all. We set limits for the number of products that were allowed to be preordered, and it has allowed many more to be sold. This has caused us big problems. Basically the app has failed to control stock properly.

So far so good! We only just started using but they were very helpful in getting us going. Will update if necessary but I think it's going to be a great addition to our site. It's on the pricier side for these sort of apps and I think you are paying for the customer service, which to me is 100% worth it.
