Perfect! Couldn't ask for more from their support. We needed some custom changes to the app for our website so the app would work the way we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and within 48 hours of downloading the app they had done a custom install for us with several rounds of feedback and updates to the look and functionality of the app on our site. I really couldn't have asked for more from Dmitry. He really went above and beyond to make sure we could get exactly what we needed from the app. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect! I had to have them install the app into my theme, and it took a couple of days but once it was installed it worked flawlessly. I needed it for the unlimited variations and the conditional logic. I was able to set up my options in a way to keep the listing tidy.

Excellent support, my configuration needed a few small coding tweaks which was completed perfectly in a few hours.

After a lot of search we have zeroed on this awesome app. The reason we were looking and trying so many was because of compatibility with other apps. This apps is a saviour for sites. There were few things missing and the reason was this apps team do not want to write too much code in theme, this is my personal understanding because they have done everything we required and support was always instant and superb. Advanced Custom Products allowed us to migrate from Magento 2 fairy easily and made my life much easier. I use it to add warranty and special shipping options to the products. Once you understand how it all works, it is simple to set up. The Mageworx support team has been absolutely outstanding in helping me as it has taken a long time to migrate. I also thank them for putting up with all of my constant questions.

We used the app to create a "warranty" option for our products. The percent feature was just what we were looking for and the team was able to adjust it so the option pricing changed with our different variant prices too! Great customer service, the Mageworx team is always prompt and ready to help.

I've used this app for a few basic product option sets. Those have been just fine. My biggest takeaway so far is that I've needed help two separate times (about a month in between) and both times I've had my problems addressed and fixed within 30 mins. Very helpful.

Time wasted can never be regained. Especially for a small business owner like myself. I sell footwear, which my customer have to pre-order. I recently wanted to give my customers the opportunity to select additional options such as the fur size that their slides would be made with. While the app was able to add the additional variant, whenever my customers select their size for example a size 9 and add to the cart it changed their size to 5, not only that but it also does not show the other selections the customers made which is, for example, the fur size, and the color of the sole. it's only showing size 5. my entire message thread is visible for you and your team to look at, but for now im removing your app. UPDATE***** After reaching out the developer of this app, I explained that whenever my customer selected the slippers they wanted such as the size, fur size and color of the sole add to cart size changes automatically to a size 5. It also doesn't show the other selection that the customer made. At first when I reached out to the developer, they said that it happened because the customer had use the quick view to make their selection. I personally tested this and I had the same issue. By directly go into the collection page itself and added the item to the cart and it still changed to a size 5. So I decided that I'm not going to waste anymore time on the app. Because 1 I have quite a few persons that I need to contact to verify their order. So I deleted the app and left my honest review. On the 14 of August I had my yotpo app updated where I had someone from their company logo on to my store and coded my review app. Though I had removed advanced product options app, I did not remember to revoke access from them to my store. On the 16 of August I went to my store to do some work when I noticed that my review app isn't showing anymore. After doing some checks I realized that someone from Advance products options access my store on the 15 of August without my knowledge. I'm assuming to check to see the issue based on my review of their app. Now this is where I'm very upset. WHY AFTER THEY ENTERED MY THEME MY REVIEW APP STOPPED WORKING?? Also, if they went in to remove their codes, WHY did they interfere with MY REVIEW APP? Not only that, but they did not make a copy of the theme before they did any code edits. After checking it's the same theme version still active. Now I'm left wondering WHAT ELSE DID THEY DO? ALSO, I NEED TO KNOW WHO WAS THE PERSON THAT ACCESSED MY THEME. AND EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. As far as I see they invaded my store privacy. They did not notify me at any point prior to yesterday that they were going to log on to my store. And at this point I feel like I should get a lawyer because I personally feel they messed up my review coding because of my review of their app.

I have a lot of product variations and the innate options in Shopify aren't enough, but this app is perfect! It does exactly what I need and the support team has been able to help ease the process and do everything I need done for me. Would definitely recommend for those who need deeper customization options!

I spent a lot of time managing Product variation with my other store in Woocommerce, but this one is amazing and easy to use. I like the support team also, they are very nice and they helped me very quick for some customizations.. Keep going guy's

Great app, easy to set up product variations and rules/conditions. Tried a few similar apps and settled on this one, support has been first class too.

Great app. Easy to use when you start using it. Adding your own rules makes it very customisable. They made some bespoke alterations for me the same day very quickly. Very pleased:):)

This is the best app out there to bypass the limitation of Shopify's 100 variant limitation. it is great looking, lots of options, Does percentage increase as well fixed amount. service is spectacular especially from Angelika & Dmitry. They will assit in customizing the app even further to match your theme perfectly and for u to meet your business requirements better,
