Advanced Product Options is a great application. The beauty is the ability to create complex conditional logic. Having the ability to create options that are dependent on a parent-option is perfect for me. I sell my own fine art photography, leather designs and books. My photographs are published in multiple color versions. APO offers a swatch option that can accept an image. The customer really benefits by knowing without error what they are selecting. I had an issue after my initial install and they responded within 24 hours and fixed it immediately. Support is very strong. Highly recommend this app for the simplest options to complex. Scott D. The BEST app of this kind one can find here. I’ve tested similar solutions, but none of them worked as promised. As for the app by Mageworx, it is working like a charm, especially the dependent options. What I like most about this software is its performance and stability. A sweet bonus is quick support and a free of charge installation. So if you’re running a store with a bunch of product options, this app is a must! Highly recommended!

This app was amazing at first. I thought it was the solution to all of my Shopify options problems. That being said.... I continue to have issue after issue with this app. Mageworx is great to investigate and solve problems, but it takes them roughly 24 hours to respond to an email, which is the only way to contact them. I am paying $15/mo for a product that has gone down at least 3 times in less than a year that I have been using it. This is a HUGE issue for someone who relies on these options to sell their products. I had a customer contact me of the issue tonight because I have recently installed a chat app on my Shopify site. I wonder how many times this has happened without my knowledge. I am seriously considering a switch to a different app as it has been several hours and this issue is still ongoing. Again, no phone number to contact someone and they have bankers hours.... its 11:30pm on a Friday. Extremely unhappy. Aside from the issues I am having today... The app is slow in general. I can type "Shirt Color" into my app options and it takes 1-2 minutes to enter into the field. Mageworx has a lot of updating to do.

We use Advanced Product Options to offer our customers the ability to customise our watch range. The flow is 'choose dial', 'choose case' then 'choose strap' with each stage able to add a cost. You can also set a colour or image swatch in the selector but have it bring up a different full size image when selected. On behalf of my Company, I want to say a big THANK YOU to MageWorx and this app. They basically rescued my company by making this huge update to this app. We needed a feature that will enable you to ADD PRICE (Percentage) BASED ON OPTIONS (that affect price) ABOVE. That means I can now say, "Option A adds $10, Option B adds $20, Option C adds 40% of THE TOTAL Price". That should now give me, "Option A ($10) + Option B ($20) = $30; Option C then adds (40% of $30) which is $12. Total should be ($10 + $30) + $12 = $52. No App Does This....ONLY Advanced Product Option. They have the Best and Fastest Customer Service I Rate this App 100Stars

This app works really well! The best thing about it is that Advanced Product Options has THE best customer service, and the app "works". After boldly trying other "Product Option" apps, that are too hard to figure out and cost too much money for just an install, THIS APP DOES IT the way you want, shows the options you want to show, installation is free and easy, and after you get your head around it, is pretty easy to manage. The people down at Mageworks are great to deal with, they get right back to you and THEY ROCK!!!! Thanks guys!

Easy to use product and great support with installation and basic customisation

Everything I needed! Customer service was wonderful when I needed them to explain or fix an issue I was having, they installed the app for me when I couldn't quite get things right. I am looking forward to updates! esspecially Inventory functionality for custom options

We used another unlimited options app for about six months, and it worked fairly well most of the time, and had most (but not all) of the same features as this one. But the previous app was unstable and the developer stopped supporting it, although it still worked on our site after abandonment. During the period of non-support, I looked at other "product options" apps, and just couldn't find one that offered everything our old app offered, so I just stuck with the old one. But then the old app stopped working completely last week!! So I went into panic mode and started looking for a replacement. Fortunately I found this app and saw that it had all the features I wanted. But my store couldn't take orders at all, so I needed to get it installed FAST! I started working through the installation instructions and although they seemed pretty straightforward, there were a few differences between Mageworx's instructions and our theme's file structure/names/content. So I contacted Mageworx support, and fortunately they were available to install it almost immediately. Then I spent the better part of the day setting up all our options in the new app. Boy am I glad the old app stopped working and forced me to make a change!! This app has great features, is more intuitive and easier to set up than the old one, and has worked flawlessly since installation. And we had a couple of minor formatting issues with our theme that Mageworx fixed within a matter of hours. And they even tweaked the app specifically for our site to get the behavior we wanted (especially on mobile). Couldn't be happier with the app AND the developer's support! Very highly recommended!!

We needed quite a few products options on our site, and after setting up, testing and failing with other 'Unlimited Options' app I was apprehensive using another. HOWEVER, this does work as it should... a lot easier to set up the numerous options I have than previous app... and after discussing a possible 'inclusion' in the app with Mageworx support we've managed to resolve a cosmetic issue with them. EXCELLENT customer service with this... just what you need if you get a little lost in it all.
