APO's interface changed, and it created problems for us on the customer-facing end when trying to mark a product as out-of-stock. - APO doesn't have an out-of-stock feature anymore, so I simply unchecked the items we don't want to show. This caused the "unassigned" item to show on every single list, including the one I just unchecked it from. It's clearly a coding logic error. APO doesn't seem to see it as an error, and it sounds like my support case is closed since I found myself a workaround. - If you see this issue as well, you'll have to create a new rule just to hide the remaining options (either this or delete everything to hide, but then you'll have to re-enter all the parameters again once they're back in stock). Original (edited for clairity): This app has been perfect for us! Shopify's standard variant options isn't customizable enough for our products. Advanced Product Options allows us to have one listed product, rather than have to list 15 different products that customers would have to figure out which one they need to order. (Saves a lot of clicks and headaches on both ends!) - We also very recently updated our website theme and had to reimplement this app since the code structure varies theme-to-theme, and APO was able to install it for us for free, which only took a few hours. Before beginning the process, they even let us know there is an update, which seamlessly transfers all necessary data from templates. The update itself took less than an hour, and installation was completed shortly after. - We noticed one issue with our website theme (the Add to Cart button allows bypassing the option selection in certain instances), and they helped us out quickly. It's been about a week since, and everything is working as expected.

The customer service alone should sell you on this App! They respond quickly to any requests that I have had and resolve things quickly with precise explanation via email. The App is easy to use and set up for your store. Highly recommend.

Tried and tested 18 different apps that will allow to sell items in bulk but every single app had several limitations. Finally, came across these guys and honestly they are the best out there for all the good reasons. Initially had a few issues with customizing the app but their team did the best job and listened to every detail I wanted to be implemented and finally I have what I wanted. App is easy to use. Setup had to work with their team to activate in my theme. They were great. The option sets are really well organized so with just enough flexibility that I can get everything laid out. Not too restrictive and super customizable. Good job team!

I've been integrating Shopify systems for about 8 years and can attest to having tried almost all of the product options apps out there. Nothing works as linearly and intuitively as this app. Not only does this app give you all that is lacking in this otherwise very complete e-commerce platform, but it also offers many products configuring and operating options in itself. On the other hand, their service is lacking nothing! Courteous, fast and knowledgeable. That it's e-mail-based is no detriment to their speed of response and extra effort to help and please. 100% recommended. Look no further.

If you are looking for an High level Product Options & Add Ons app for your shopify store, you are in the right place. This app is by far the best we found on Shopify, and by far the best customer support ever ! These guys help us to fully customize every details, design and every little things of our add-ons. Is not easy to find an app like this one on Shopify, the support is for sure the extra gear, that gave us all we asked for in terms of customization. Super Recommend.

In the process of moving from one product option app to this one and have had a few issues where I wasn't sure what to do to get the app to work in a way I needed it to. The support tema have been excellent and have responded really quickly and be very helpful. Looking fwd to completing switch over, as this app is so much more flexible that our current set up.

Amazing App (I have tried a lot of others) with an Awesome Support! I have set many complex options (I feel so? haha) and whenever need any help with custom codes like make their app needs to do any particular task, to make my life easier, they are always there to help and make it happen.

It's a good app, while at times we have noticed it can be a bit buggy in terms of compatibility with certain themes and new Shopify features, the support is phenomenal and they will do their utmost to fix and assist immediately.

Best app i could find on the store ! The team was even willing to customise it according to our needs, I am definitely sticking with this one for the future

BEWARE. We've used this app for 5 years. They recently updated the app as the older app was having issues where customer's weren't getting charged for options even though they showed on the order. The new approach resolves that, but it opens up some serious issues: 1. Products with options can't have their inventory tracked. This was not told to us when we migrated. It is in "development" (and has been for a while), but it is absurd they launched an app that doesn't have one of the primary functions of e-commerce - tracking inventory. That means you have to manually update your inventory for these SKUs. Really? 2. The new approach can cause a host of other issues with functionality with other apps as it created new custom options variants or SKUs for every order. We had to revamp all of our shipping software to try to accommodate this new approach (with limited success). We also ended up having to remove options from some products because it become too complicated to manage. 3. You'll get a a lot of extra variants or SKUs in your admin system that are a pain to manage as anytime a customer creates an option on your site, it generates a variant or SKU in the back end. If you don't care about inventory tracking or compatibility with other apps, it works great. Otherwise, BEWARE of using the app.

The app design is new user friendly. It's simple and easy, there isn't any confusing details, and it's effective. If you are not tech savvy, you can still go for it. They have an amazing customer support. I asked for support or customization many times. They are almost always there, if not, they always reply quickly and are helpful. The price is the great compared to value they provide.
