Awesome app - does exactly what it says on the tin. Not only that, but they offer the best support of any app I've used.

Absolutely love this app. It has great functionality and the support team is knowledgeable and responsive.

I used this app to add over 20 separate custom features on my Shopify store, and what was even better, is that they did the install for me. I'm not great with coding, even with easy step-by-step instructions, so this helped out a bunch. I tried a different product options app previously and it was too confusing. This is spot on. Superb customer service that can't be beat with an app that is easy to figure out. 5 stars, will continue to use.

8/6/19 - This application was working great up until a week ago. After submitting a help ticket, it took over a day to get a reply. Each email reply would take them the next day to reply and the issue is still not resolved even though we provided access to review our Apps and Orders. The "Upload" feature is not passing the file through to our Orders consistently. We can see the file path through the Shopify phone app, but nothing on the web version (we've tried multiple browsers from different PC's). Their troubleshooting effort is lacking. I get that it's probably people from overseas, but it's disappointing. Time to find another solution. 3/26/18 - After testing several different Apps, Advanced Product Options is the one we stuck to and here is why: 1. It is compatible on mobile devices (both iOS and Android). We ran into issues with other Apps in which the File Upload feature was not compatible. 2. It has the Calendar option. If you need a date in your options, this App has it. 3. It allows for Conditions on options. If you want to create options based on a previous option selected, this is a great App. 4. The pricing is reasonable. Most Apps fall into this price range, but for the features it provides as well as the support you get, it's worth it. Hopefully this info helps in your selection process. There are a ton of great Apps out there, but you definitely need to test it out to make sure it fits your needs.

This app fits our needs perfectly and their Customer Care Service is exceptional, our issue was resolved in a timely fashion.

We've used this app to help us bypass the variation limits in Shopify. We recently had a need for a feature that wasn't present out of the box, and Vitali and the team were quick to help us and integrate the solution. Best product options app out there, the support team are fantastic and have helped us with implementation and improving the way the app works on our website. The responses are really quick too, we usually get a response within the hour.

I guess it is the best app, but the perfomance on mobile was awful atleast for our android users, The app had everything I need I would rather keep using it but I do need my android users to be happy at maximium, Hope they can solve it and I'll come back with their app.

This app doesn't work with Ajax carts which is used by many of the better theme designers. Also, even though they said to was going to work support could not get it a usable state to publish. We had a long list of issues the app was creating and support wasn't there to fix, even though they said they fixed them. We were super hopeful this would be superior to similar apps. I have a feeling this is best for basic theme designs. We use Out Of The Sandbox - Turbo, which is hugely popular for many reasons and this app doesn't work with it unless you take away/turn off some of the design aspects and functions of the theme, which is counterproductive for having bought the theme for those specific funcitons. This app might be great for some, but keep in mind it not for everyone.

This app is the only one that offer a solution to the product option we wanted to provide on our website, which was very specific (surprised it had this functionality!). Support has been great and very responsive. Only reason given 4 stars is the product option take 1-2 seconds to buffer onto the product page. If it was instant, I would have given 5 stars.

We had quite a complicated set up on site, it took a while to get there but I have to say the Customer Service has been amazing, Angelika was very patient with me and understood everything that I wanted. The app is very flexible, I highly recommend especially as you will be in good hands should you need to ask questions or have it set up. I used this app to help me reconfigure the layout of my products. The customer service is amazing! The only thing I wish they had is a step by step tutorial for the different variations in which the app is able to be utilised. I couldn't figure it out from the manual instruction alone, so I hired a tech to do it for me.

I really like your app! It's my #2 choice for product options, but only because I have very complex product options. I tried literally every product option app that allows price changes per option. For 95% of store owners, this app will work well. The good: 1. Very helpful customer service for any time I had an issue. You always resolved my questions and responded quickly. 2. The app allows for very complex options, particularly options dependent on other options and ones that all require different pricing. Better than almost all of the other option apps in the Shopify marketplace. 3. Fairly easy to set up the options although it took me a few tries to get it right. Nice being able to add image swatches, etc. to make the options not look so boring. The not-as-good: 1. Sales/discounts. In order to make sales/discounts work, I had to create "hidden" collections that contained the cloned items that are automatically created by the app or else the sale would only discount the original item price, not the options. Takes more effort and has the potential for me to miss something (a product) and not end up with the sale/coupon working. Also it's more cluttered having to have extra categories in the back end. It DID work though in the end, so it was good, but still a workaround which is never ideal. 2. Not as flexible on the display options as the app I'm now using. Trying to make image swatches for one option larger and other options smaller was nearly impossible due to the particular css used. The new app has css built in to each item option as I add it so I can easily change image sizes, etc. This is not a feature everyone might use, but it really made a big difference to me and how my items look with the options. Bottom line...an excellent app that will work for 95% of store owners!

Price / performance TOP 10 stars. The support is awesome. Response time & quality are TOP. I have to confess the app has cost me a lot of time that I completely understood that I have set everything right ... but also here, the support has supported me very great.
