Customer service is awesome! I had the pleasure of working with judith who understood sarcasm and was attentive to what I needed to fix little bugs not even their app it turned out. SO Then I built a good relationship with them and I have enjoyed the feedback, tips and sarcasm back and forth. There is a lot of perks with this app, One not bulky like recart and captures email better and lets you get a better report of what is happening. Maybe its the item, price point etc. Customers always shop around right well at least with this app you can see what the behavior is and build solid data. BTW Judith is the best!
