I found very questionable figures in my metrics. I took several screen shots of what they said I had in "recovered sales" and what I actually had in their reports. I am disappointed this app has screwed me. They claim I had 12,500 in recoveries and my report said $212. Although we do have 100,000 a month in sales... Their report shows otherwise. Message me to discuss. You never respond. I will delete the app at the end of this month and report the fraud to Shopify for sales figure scamming.

So far it is best app which include everything and do not take that much site load.

Awesome tool, was exactly what my store needed.

I can say it is overall very good app especially during follow up phase of customers . It is having all sort of features to do best retain the customers post abandoned checkout.

Easy to use interface and very clean template. Only loses one star for not being very well optimized to use on android, but definitely not a big deterrent/downside.

I love this app, especially the birthday email!

So far is letting us know about each card status. We can follow which products customers are adding to the carts. Easy to operate and we see a bright future with this app.!
