I really like the app. It helps me see if there are customers who visited some products that we have and sometimes it shows us where the customer comes from which is helpful.

Great app! Recommended by many ecom leaders and for good reason. I did not like the fact that the option to cancel your free trial was not obvious or accessible, which was frustrating. Overall though, a good app

I'm still new to this app and learning all the tips and tricks to retain new customers. Good being able to track how many people have abandoned cart and looking at ways to respond and manage this. Perhaps some video tutorials would be helpful too.
