I used this app for all my incovert cart. I really like the fact that I can send 4 emails or more to all my customers who did not bought to remind them they left something.I love the fact that I can change my emails and hit them +2 times and give them discount at the end. It helps me to track my customers and remain them to purchase what they left in their cart.

This app hasn't been working for me and customer service has been very, very slow to respond or solve the problem. The set up seems nice but the chat in the app doesn't work well and they don't understand the Shopify integration. Don't waste your time or money.
