We've been using this for free for a few months and just recently upgraded to the paid version. At this point I would say its totally worth it. I can definitely see how consistent cart helps boost sales from people coming back to our site and still having their cart there reminds them to buy things. Also the abandoned cart emails are great since you can set up to 4 reminder emails to be sent. We've seen a boost from around 5-6% recovery of abandoned carts now to around 15%, that alone is huge. My only complaints are that it could definitely be more user friendly with the set up of the app, and I wish it was a little more intuitive with the options on there for the function you're trying to set up. But still totally worth it, and I can only imagine it'll get better over time!

Don't know yet I just downloaded the app, but I hope it ends up being free like they promised.

Update: Added a couple more emails and a TEXT option which I hope works out well, just on the flip side of this they need to add the option of adding discount codes so people cant share a blanket one Couple things with this. I had it when it was free, and I figured id upgrade since it wasnt working anymore. Did that and their backend is nice, just 0 SUPPORT for coupon codes. I mean every cart abandonment gives you the option of putting in codes (custom ones) not the kind that could be shared a million times. I dont get why this wouldnt be an option to import a set amount of codes.

This app is relatively affordable, easy to set up, and after one month of use I can tell that it is working very nicely.

Tested, and nothing seems working. Consistent Cart, Failed. Pop Up Cart Failed. All the Abandoned Emails Failed, so i dont think there is anything else left... Uninstalled.

JUST got it, but it's super easy to use and the templates are perfect!

Simple yet rich functionality that gives me great data, and has already netted a 10x return in the first week. Had one minor issue that was addressed effectively by support. This is a good app.

I don't like that you can't send emails before 1 hour after the cart was abandoned. Also you can't send a sample email to yourself - you have to wait that 1 hour. www.koreankiwibeauty.com

So far it seems helpful. Still seeing some carts captured in one spot on the home page and some captured on the app, but I upgraded so we will see.
