No issues with installation and works as expected. Have recovered quite a few carts as a result of this app already.

We tried a few different apps to help us see what customers were adding to their carts, some of which cost significantly more than Consistent Carts, but none of them came close to doing what this app does! Not only can we see what our customers are shopping for, but now we are able to recover abandoned carts! Customer service is amazing, and after a month of using the paid version we have already seen a jump in sales recovery. My only regret is that we didn't install it sooner. It works quietly and effectively in the background and customization is bar none. I highly recommend this app!

I deleted this app the first time I downloaded. I think I did this because I wasn't seeing a lot of cart adds...so it felt like a waste of time always looking for something that wasn't there. Recently I have begun getting more cart adds and felt like I was missing out on the info CC provided before...so I re-installed. I think this is a great app, that may just require some patience as your store develops.

Have been using this a short time, but love it. Great way to view the activity in your store, even if your customers don't always include an email for follow up. I can imagine that this app will eventually save some sales!

So far it is helping us to see which carts are abandoned but it has not been sending out automated emails to recover the carts.

Nice functionality and easy to use interface with lots of options. Also, they are adding more every time I check in. We have seen a difference in our sales. Would like to see an option to automatically send a follow-up email a week after purchase for product reviews.

This has been an amazing experience! I really love this app. It would benefit the app even more, if there was a direct link to the abandoned carts section on the dashboard so we could see that the email was already sent, without checking the app. Also, on the app, maybe creating a direct link to the products the customer added. Thank you so much! This app is a life saver!

I like this free app. It sends 3 different abandoned emails to customer and it also lets know that somebody added something in cart even if they don't provide their email address. Definitely recommend to all for giving this a free try.

Very easy to set up, It would be great if emails do not go to spam! I have had a try and unfortunately found emails in spam!
