Great way to see what people are liking

I had really high expectations with this app after seeing all of the 5-star reviews; however, my experience so far has been disappointing. The admin side of the app is designed well and is intuitive, but...and it's a huge BUT...I cannot get the automated cart abandonment email series to work properly AND I do not receive any replies back from support!!! I tested my cart abandonment series using my personal email address. The result of the test was I received two cart abandonment emails at the same time, the third email was never sent at all! If an app doesn't work as promised and I don't get any help from support then what's left? So I am now left with an ineffective app, likely some left-over code when I uninstall, and the task of having to find an alternative solution. Not cool!

Very easy to use! Has recovered $1745AUD for my store http://hazylines.com in one month. Before this my cart recovery rate was < 1% and I was manually sending cart recovery emails. Would recommend this app and definitely worth paying for. :)

2 apps in 1 ! I'm using the trial but I'm loving it at the moment. It tells you how many customers have added to their baskets and what the items were plus other useful information. They also incorporate a Shop Pops feature which you need to pay for elsewhere as an added bonus. The pricing is also very competitive compared to the other apps. Would love to see the cart metrics go live soon too =)

It works great! I would recommend adding the option to manually send an abandoned cart message though. Another point is a list of variables we can add to the template, maybe there is one but I couldn't find it, even after a google search.

Very effective app. Minimal configuration has led to £500 recovery in the past month, driving sales from under £4k to over that mark. The automated emails are easy to put together and very effective. I also enabled the feature encouraging people to return to the opened tab in their browser. I'l willing to bet that it's effective too. Would definitely recommend to others.
