Ali Reviews is an awesome app. Customer Service is excellent, I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Emily. I was having a problem with my website reviews, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. Emily took the time to understand my issue and worked with me to find a solution. I got the Review Box and pop-up widget to show up right away, and it was super easy to import my reviews, but I couldn't get the Star Rating to show up next to the titles of my products. I clicked the chat button and Harwin replied almost instantly. Harwin had it working perfectly in less than an hour, probably even faster but I was working on other projects, and when I checked again it was just done. It looks great and I do think it helps with conversion on my store. Thanks, Harwin!

Their support is very helpful and efficient. They also reply fast. I had this problem for our store in which the star rating is not showing and they helped me resolve it in less than an hour. Polaris was a GREAT help! Another issue was the links from Amazon (import) were not working and they helped me to find the correct link and even gave me tips on how to optimize the reviews. Emily was AMAZING!

Incredible app! There were a couple of small hiccups in the beginning but Ross sorted it out for me. Ross also made sure that I get the most of the app and proactively suggested improvements that I didn't know about. All in all great app that allowed me to easily import legit customer reviews from Amazon. The excellent customer service is the cherry on top that makes this app worth 5*. Highly recommended for Dropshippers.
