Before discovering the magic of Air Reviews, I was using Judge.me. It served me well, but a part of me yearned for an interface that was more sleek and minimalist. That's when Air Reviews caught my eye! The installation process was like zipping down a smooth highway - not bumpy as I'd feared given my limited expertise with computers. And oh boy, importing reviews? A piece of cake! What took the cake though, were all these additional features offered entirely FOR FREE!! Life couldn't get any better than this right? Wrong! Their customer service is as golden as it comes - hands down one of the very best experiences I've had to date! When curiosity stirred around getting my Etsy shop reviews imported into the system, Abby came swooping in like instant tech support (Yes folks! A real human on standby!). She untied every knot smoothly and promptly that made even further assistance from her feel like cool breezy sailing. My happiness quotient flew through the roof trying out this app. Give it a whirl if you have been contemplating about it; coupled with Avada email marketing solutions – Ahoy there success!!!

Customer support was super fast! Emily was knowledgeable, and while I couldn't get the app to do what I wanted it to do, she was friendly and helpful.

I had an issue importing reviews to one of my products. Liz was able to narrow down the issue extremely fast and explained how to do it in the future. I have used Air for two of my stores and I have always had a smooth experience. Great product and an even better team!

I am switching to the Product Reviews app from Avada as my previous provider limited the number of reviews I could get per month. The transition was very smooth and I was able to transfer all my existing reviews. Despite the easy process I still needed help from the support team. A very cooperative and nice Audrey helped me figure out that there was a mistake in my importing data which I was unable to see on myself. Very great experience, and a nice and professional support.
