Reviews for Air: Product Reviews app & UGC

Just started using the app. I installed many reviews app and they all had something not compatible with our design. This app is really doing the job and the support is really great. They respond less than minutes. I love the app and you can customize your styles as well. Recommended.

Perfect app, there is no limit to importing reviews and it is very easy to use. Not to mention the support, which is super fast and has an answer for everything, especially Pamela, who, in addition to being very kind, was the one who helped me with my ecommerce reviews, I recommend her to everyone!

They have great customer service. A few issues and they are always available to help Pamela is fantastic, great to deal with

COULD NOT GET THIS TO WORK AT ALL! THIS ISN'T A USER FRIENDLY APP. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. WITH THE COMPLEXITY OF IMPORTING CSV FILES TO MATCH UP EXACTLY TO WHERE TH INFORMATION NEEDS TO GO, THE INSTRUCTION MUST BE EASY AND USER FRIENDLY. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH 'AIR': PRODUCT REVIEWS APP. FRUSTRATION IS A GOOD WORD IN TRYING TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT. THIS APP WAS RECOMMENDED FROM CJ DROPSHIPPING APP ON A PRODUCT THAT I WANTED REVIEWS FOR. YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP, BUT THEN YOU ARE MET WITH CONVOLUTED 1 SENTENCE STATEMENT INSTRUCTIONS, WITH PAGE EXAMPLES THAT ARE TOO DIM (LITERALLY) TO VIEW TO GET A SENSE OF WHAT TO DO. IT SEEMS THAT THERE SHOULD BE MORE INSTRUCTIONS, MORE DETAIL, THEN THAT WOULD MAKE IT MORE COMPLICATED. THIS SHOULD BE A SIMPLE THING TO DO, REALLY. I SPENT CLOSE TO 30 MIN TRYING TO INSTALL THEN I GAVE UP. THE INSTRUCTIONS AREN'T DETAILED ENOUGH. IS THERE A VIDEO? THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD. OFFER A VIDEO TUTORIAL. I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO CHECK IT OUT TO SEE HOW MUCH OF A TIME WASTER THIS IS. A DRAG AND DROP SCENARIO WOULD HAVE BEEN FASTER AND MUCH SIMPLER. FOR SOMEONE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DO THINGS ON A COMPUTER, THIS WAS EXHAUSTING. WAY TOO MUCH OF A HASTLE, IT NEEDS TO BE A SIMPLE PROCESS. MORE COMMUNICATION WITH THE SUPPLIERS ON HOW TO FORMAT FOR A DOWNLOAD WOULD BE MY SUGGESTION ON HOW TO FACILITATE THIS. I'M MOVING ON TO TRY ANOTHER APP.

The installation was very smooth thanks to help of Abby. Haven't used the app itself yet, but it seems to fit within our business needs.
