The app doesn't have the ability to translate the reviews into the customer preferred language. If the reviews are in English and a Spanish speaking customer visits the website and choose the Spanish language. The reviews will remain in English. There are plenty of other review apps that allow you to translate it's content or are automatically translated

I had a problem importing reviews, couldn't seem to get it right but The kind Angel Hana was able to assist me, She was so kind and very much patient with me, If it was possible, i would rate her 50x more everyday course she is the best and in case i have the same problem would be much happier if i came across her. *Hana*...Oooh by the way She is very quick and timely with her response.

I had a coding issue and contacted both shopify and Avada support. Both sides were committed to help me. Response time was with in minutes of me putting the help requests. I managed to figure out that the code problem was myself (placement of the Avada code in the Shopify snippet was the issue), but I do want to thank both Shopify support (Kemberly!) and Avada support (Liz!) for their super fast replies and even though I did manage to fix the code issue myself, I do appreciate both support teams! thanks!

It is a great app to add to any store for reviews, very easy to use. They have the best support team, they will help you instantly and without question. I had Emily help me, She was amazing to deal with, will be using it again for sure.
