I have started using this app and it's seems to be working awesome. It is everything that my shop needs so far. this very nice app and free with very nice and quick support this app This is an updated review after i had problem they solved it very quickly for me but thanks to the support everything was fixed and worked perfectly within couple of hours. Lydia from the support team was superb and very quick to solve problems. Lydia is another support which I worked with for few times, she is very helpful and super fast to make any changes. I didn't have any problems but Lydia to make changes to features which she did in less then 2 minutes. Overall this app is very good as it allows reviews with pictures unlike many others. Highly recommend

This is a very useful plug-in, and it is completely free, it is very helpful to me, especially thanks to Esther and Tony, they helped me solve a lot of problems

Very attentive team. We had some trouble transferring the reviews from previous review app, and the team worked with us to solve all the issue eventually, and also helped us to customize the app to fit in our theme. --------------------------------------- Update after using it for a year: I'm extremely frustrated with this app and considering moving to a paid app now. It's true the team is very attentive to customer service, especially if you want the app to match your theme/style. However, because they helped to customize it for me, the layout and function of the review section have been messed up 3 times without any notice due to their system updates. Each time this happens, I have to spend several hours going back and forth with their team to fix it on my store, which is a total waste of time. You also don't know when the review section will be out of use next time. In general, if you want a free app that doesn't require customization, then this app is recommended. However, if you're looking for stability and don't want to waste time fixing issues caused by their system updates, it's worth considering a better app.
