I had an incredible experience with the supporters 'Esther and Gideon' on this app. They were exceptionally kind and provided excellent assistance. I must say, I absolutely adore this app and its services! The level of support I received was beyond my expectations, and it made my overall experience so much better. We've tried importing reviews from different Amazon links, but it never worked. We contacted the support, and they said they were looking into it. We contacted them again after a few days, and they were still looking into it. Now it's been a month, it's still not working and nobody is helping us. We found 2 other apps that import reviews from Amazon without issue. So Unfortunately, we do not recommend this application and the support behind it.

It's unfortunate to write a negative review on this app. I had a couple difficulties with it and used their 24 hour chat support system. The customer service is AWFUL! Wasted 3 hours on their chat and they never checked in and I ended up fixing the problem myself. Just wasn't worth to keep the app when the customer service was horrible.

Their customer service team is amazing, I have contacted them multiple times in the last 24 hours, and they have provided flawless assistance each time :) Thank you, Liz and Abby <3 Edit: I can't thank them enough! They adapt all the points that I see missing in the application to the site within 1 hour. I want to say; Hana and Tony you are great (:

The support is great, i contacted Hana - very helpful! I had a lot of customization requests and she completed them all in a matter of minutes. The app is wonderful, you can import many comments, customize it, supports widgets, and the best of all - it's free. You cannot ask for anything more!
