This is an awesome review app on Shopify. It's very useful. The assistant Lydia is great. She is polite and enthusiastic.

Impressive, I needed assistant to activate the app and they managed to set it perfectly in less than an hour. Highly recommended. One comment though, email notifications to clients are automated with reference to delivery so if you are using local shipping that is not tracked by Shopify "Other shipping agent" the email will not be sent, this should be modified to automatically send email notifications based on a certain amount of time from Purchase date and not delivery date. Please check and fix this issue

I can't recommend this Shopify review app enough. It's incredibly user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated with 2 of my stores. While the free plan is great for starters, I'd love to see more resources for beginners and expanded features on the free tier in the future. In summary, this app has significantly boosted my store's credibility and customer trust, making it a must-have for any Shopify store owner. Thank you!

this very nice app and free with very nice and quick support this app This is an updated review after i had problem they solved it very quickly for me but thanks to the support everything was fixed and worked perfectly within couple of hours. The support team are awesome! I had real problems configuring the review block exactly where I wanted it on my store, but it was no problem at all for Jasmin to help me out immediately. 5 STAR AWESOME AVADA.. actually while setting up my store.. i find avada apps very helpful.. one by one i am setting up one app and install another avada app.. all apps are easy to use.. Just downloaded this app. love the interface as it looks very nice and appealing. I had a little trouble and i contacted their support team and Liz from Avada helped resolve the issue in no time. So far i am pleased and will continue to use. My interaction with her was a SOLID 5 STARS, however the app does still need some work but it does have a very promising future.

Fantastic App and I'm so really impressed with their customer support. I've added a handful of apps to my store and it has been hard to get my questions answered for most, but these guys are reallly the BEST!
