So far everything is going very smoothly and so far everything is free. Unlimited reviews need to be requested early on, but still free. Review email customization is very simple and easy to use. Customer service live chat responds quickly.

This is super easy to learn and use. Thank you Automizely. I was able to install automizely app in Shopify without a bit of hassle. It is running smoothly.

Brilliant app but is missing a few things I would like. For example, I'd love to change the colour of the star rating instead of it being yellow. Also, the review request emails are great but I'd love to be able to send a second email to my customers to offer them a discount once they have left a review instead of having to manually do it. Other than that I love the app!
