I have used this app for my store and the customer support of this app is amazing and the uses of this app is also good

I installed the app to try but it not works and it can not delete. Could you please delete it, I want to remove it from my site

This app is quite miss leading. They make it seem like they will built an app for your store, but they are adding your store and name to their app. In essence you are advertising their app and others store.

The onboarding is really easy, and the support helps understand the tiny glitch or two along the way!

It was a good Experience overall, the support team is really helpful and did their best to resolve my problems.

It is SHOCKING how unprofessional and horrible Automizely customer service and support is. Please remove your app from my store? To delete is inposible! All apps in shopify are removable quickly! Please remove your garbage from my store NOW!!! Update: To REMOVE this APP from your shopify store - Shopify Account > Settings > Sales Channel > Automizely Mobile App Builder > DELETE

I use several of Automizely apps and I can tell you the apps are really good. I've tried others...but nah. I recommend Automizely that's for sure. Excellent customer service big time.

The support was fast I like it. They helped me understand their Mobile app generator. I was struggling for a an hour but their contact help me understand it for 10 seconds.

Customer service is very quick to respond. You need customer service to install - no option to do it without, but not a problem. Good for a free app and looks nice but does not provide you with a searchable app in Google Play for example. The app itself is connected to several other stores but the link they provide does take you directly to your own store, which is the compromise I guess of having a completely free app. The app is easy to customise. I have 466 products in my store and so far it has uploaded about 50 products in 3 days so my estimate is that it will take over 3 weeks to get the app showing all my products which is very inconvenient. They have assured me that they are looking into this now. I would recommend for shops with a small inventory that are starting up.
