Great Experience! No issues, polite service. I had a pretty simple question but it was responded to quickly.

The service today was horrible. I asked very direct questions and all I got back was, you can do that. It wasn't until I said that their service was terrible did they FINALLY give me a direct answer to a direct question

So far I really like this app. The only issue I had thus far was quickly resolved and everyone I spoke to in support was very nice and quick to respond. We are a newer shop so I haven't been able to fully test out the features yet but so far I like the layout of the emails. Automizely makes it easy to find what I'm looking for and gives me new marketing ideas.

This app has been easy to add. I appreciate that it is free for new small businesses. I look forward to seeing all it has to offer.
