I'm using the app to establish and grow my brand footprint to start, then transition over to additional features to cultivate a loyal customer base and target new revenue opportunities. I think it's a great tool to help you work smarter, not harder. Just started out, so we'll see, but I'm excited to see what the app can do.

Support was fast and helpful. Would like to see more flexibility with the pop up app -- for example, eliminating the second step, but overall the experience has been positive.

Excellent app and great customer service. I have only started using it and so far it's great. The free subscription option is amazing for those starting up.

I have had the worst experience with this team for the past 2 weeks. They've been stalling me on the import customers through CSV. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong when the app is not working properly!!! And we have been with over 50 e-mails and chats back and forth, with them always saying the file was not good - and also requiring fields like birthdates and phone numbers (which you need to invent) and even so, file does not upload. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Especially because they put the fault on the file you're trying to upload and make you feel like you're the stupid one. Very bad experience and lost 2 weeks

Great customer service I had a problem and it got fixed now i am waiting for the sign up pop up and email marketing to work their magic
