Works well! I use the popup, emails, and banner mostly. The popup coupon/ email feature has already gotten me quite a few sign-ups as well as one sale from someone who signed up. There's a live support chat that has always been friendly thus far and answers questions pretty much instantly. I think the chat may be 24/7 as it's currently 3am where I am and they still respond immediately every time; which is great because I have to work on my shop at night. I definitely recommend this app. I have tried a LOT of them and this has been my favorite for quite a while now.
