This app is great, and the customer service tool is super reliable & fast to respond. I can't recommend Automizely Emails & Popups enough!

I've been using this app for a few months and love it. The support is very helpful. The only thing, I was offered an unlimited free plan which I've recently found was not forever (which I was never told), and I now have to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the app. I've been offered a discount, which I value, but I would have appreciated to know from the beginning that the free plan was a limited offer.

I joined this app to simplify email marketing and the trial of using conversion tools. On set up, assistance has been very helpful, and quick. We are still exploring all of the conversion tools. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

They have great customer service! We've had the app for some time and really like how easy it is to set up. The functions are not as robust as some other more expensive programs, however, for a small business without some complicated marketing plan, this app does a great job with popups and such. Very user friendly.

really like this app for my shop. the email marketing tool is great but you only get 3000 emails on the free plan

Seriously, this App is AMAZING for all the free features and the quick customer service. It doesn't have 5 stars for no reason. I had an issue with connecting my Facebook Account and it literally took 2 min for the customer service to answer me and fix it. Just incredible.

Fast, Effective, and Great Service. I did not know how long the process would work but someone responded and solved my issue within 1 min.

The app works seamlessly and customer service was very quick to remove Automizely branding, but I am pretty horrified by how rude my service rep was in trying to get me to leave a review. He said, "I helped you. write the review now" immediately after I agreed to write it in the morning as it is late at night for me. He even deleted that message after the fact and lied about saying it, which is dishonest and very concerning. Ultimately I think this is Automizely's problem as opposed to the individual agent, considering apps place an unfair amount of pressure on their support employees to get reviews for their work.
