I literally just downloaded the app 2 hours ago and I have no idea what I am doing with graphics and even understanding the functions of most apps and am still getting my store ready to open... However I have to say that this app was the easiest and fastest as far as learning to customize and set things up! Plus their customer service is Top Notch!! Aditya was Excellent! He reached out to welcome me and took care of the branding immediately and helped me get started by quickly answering my first few questions! I'm not easily impressed but let me say I'M IMPRESSED!!! UPDATE! I Love These Customer Service Reps especially Prabha, he's been so patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns.. I'm a novice with no technical ability, and I'm sure they all get a kick out of some of my questions but they always answer quickly and clearly and take the time to explain things! Update! Automizely to the rescue again! I love that their 24 hr chat is actually manned and they always give you the answers promptly and help all they can! This is a Must Have App!
