Pooja walked me through the setup of my campaign live which was an excellent initiative, better than the chat option. Activating the campaign on short notice was important for me.

While the support chat feature is nice and the agents helpful, I found most of the options for this app limited. You are unable to customize the pop up to change the content requests. I cannot email my subscribers a marketing email unless I'm willing to pay $95 a month, a service that Shopify currently offers for free.

I'm in the process of setting up a store during which I have needed to contact support via chat several times. I have found them to be extremely helpful and have enabled me to quickly overcome a variety of configuration issues - all of which were due to my initial lack of experience with their system. In my latest call one of their people, Yogesh, even reached out to immediately via google meeting to fast track resolution. Now thats, service!

Seems great so far. I haven't used it a lot, but the UI seems intuitive and easy to use. Good and great service.

I like to start with direct and simple functional teaching. And an online customer service where you can ask questions It's good that it's easy to understand

this app will damage your website and the support will not help. Stay away I fixed my website after i deleted this app

Incredibly quick to respond to any questions and quick to solve any issues. Highly recommended. I love the popup which appears when you add a product to cart, we use this to suggest a popular product and it has quite a high conversion rate (around 14%).
