I required help removing the AfterShip branding from email templates. Sadhan was extremely helpful. He thoroughly looked into the issue and removed the branding promptly.

I reached out to the team for assistance accessing a lost account in order to obtain the details of our flows/pop-up as well as customer emails, Rehan was quick to assist me and spent a good portion of his time understanding my issues. He even took time to create a google call so that way we spoke in detail to find a solution. Well done Rehan and the team, highly recommend.

I installed something from Aftership onto my Shopify by mistake, and had absolutely no idea how to remove it as I forgot where I originally went. I ran around the app for 30 minutes before contacting support. I contacted support and I was helped within 5 minutes, honestly even less than that. Sadhan was the person that helped me, he was quick, knowledgeable, and nice. I haven't explored much around this app yet, or used a lot of its features, but the speedy and nice customer support is enough to keep me wanting to use it as I feel as though my questions and concerns will always be answered. I am so in love with this app!! In the beginning, I only used it for my welcome pop up. I now use it for follow up emails abandoned cart and come back reminders. It's very easy to use and customer service is great. It provided everything I need for new and returning customers. It's a one stop app. You won't be disappointed.
