Patti was very helpful and responded to my query instantly, very nice app and I'm glad that they are planning to provide more updates and hopefully have the feature to add a logo instead of text for the company name in the aftersale order page.

So far, so good! Patti helped me get set up on our store and we had an offer live in about 5 minutes! I'll report back on AOV increases later, but so far, setup has been a breeze!
