An amazing app that's been invaluable since we downloaded it. Exceptional customer service and amazing offering that's the perfect fit for our store. As a gifting business we frequently saw address errors (street number missing) and incorrect delivery addresses where customers inadvertently send their order to themselves instead of the intended recipient, this app offers a solution to both and it works amazingly well - even with an express checkout. Ryan and his team offers speedy execution for new ideas, and a seamless design for customers that doesn't hinder the checkout experience. I strongly recommend you give this app a try.

The Address Guard team has been super responsive and helpful during the implementation process. They even helped build us a couple custom tools which was very helpful! So far so good and happy to have chosen them!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Their response to issues is always prompt, they have fixed any issues within a day and provide custom updates in a very reasonable time. The address verification is great and can verify orders from sources other than the Shopify checkout. Could not be happier with this application.

I love this app and the support they provide. There is a lot of useful functionality and the CEO is very accommodating with reasonable requests. Unfortunately, we use an ERP that has some limited functionality so we can't use this app to its fullest potential, but Address Guard did their best to work with them for an integration. Overall, great support and great app!

The app is fantastic, it has helped us reduce frustrating and costly issues with customers entering incorrect addresses. But the support from Address Guard has been amazing. They always answer questions quickly with clear answers and have gone above and beyond to make changes to the product to meet our needs. We looked at a couple of apps with similar functionality, but we are so happy we chose Address Guard.

I am always pleased with the excellent service I continue to receive with Address Guard. Top quality good old fashioned service...quick to respond with honest communication and great feedback. Excellent Company and service that I have found hard to imagine ever running my online business without!

Address Guard works like a charm and the support is TRULY fantastic. The founder is responsive and a fast implementor of upgrades. I would say that this is the best support I've ever experienced with a 3rd party app, hands down. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants to minimize Return to Sender and Lost Package issues.

We recently found address guard after suffering from poor validation issues with ShipStation. Now all of our addresses are automatically checked and it's given us confidence to branch out to new countries. Support is super friendly as well.

This app is flawless. Tried a few of the address validation apps but none quite did the job. This app is by far the best, great UX and design, simple to use and has more features and details than any of the others. Really solved a big issue for us, the app is a no brainer - Every store should have it, there is no reason to not. Support was excellent within 2 mins, and very nice to speak to. app is 5 stars and the best on the shopify app store. I have tested them all.

Address Guard is our goto solution for all our address verification needs. Before using AG, it was a huge problem for us trying to validate and format addresses. AG provides an all-in-one solution for validating addresses across the US and internationally. On top of it, their support is awesome. We had few questions prior to sign up and their online chat folks are super responsive to clear up any items we had in no time.

The address verification service helped save me tons of time as it pertained to wrong addresses and incomplete shipments. Since I ship via UPS, the PO Box rule helped save me considerable cost that now I can invest elsewhere. The pricing is ridiculously cheap, so even with just 1 wrong address fixed, you are net positive for ROI.

Prior to using address guard, we were having address issues where our customers were using shortened city names and wrong street suffixes (road, apt, drive etc) .. This app helped solve that issue by automatically fixing each address input to be accurate and standardized. I was also impressed by the excellent support both by phone and live chat .. being able to talk to somebody and ask a few questions without paying upfront monthly fees was great.

This app has proved fantastic at significantly reducing address errors both from the popup and email. We've also seen a large business cost savings a opposed to UPS charging us for every delivery issue. If you're on the fence - try it out. Onboarding was simple .. took a few clicks and I was done.. no coding .. just works. I highly recommend Address Guard to any store looking to streamline their fulfillment process and save a boatload of cash at the same time.

It's a pretty good app. It's well designed and works as intended. The customer support is relatively responsive and adaptive to customer needs. We are just waiting on them to include a confirm address button in the email and fix a small tagging issue. Overall 10 out of 10.

Excellent app.... sets up in 2 minutes to prevents failed deliveries. Support people are very quick and helpful.
