Installation was seamless, was easy to customize to match my store, and on-boarding support from James was 10/10. Thank you! Would love if an analytics feature can be added so we can track conversions attributable to customers that used the widget.

I did a lot of research into Accessibility widgets, Accessibility Spark had the highest review ratings but was more expensive than some of the others. I can tell you that its worth every penny! The installation was painless, the product does exactly what we need it to and within 24hrs our site was ADA Compliant (with audit as proof). We needed a little extra help adding some special features and James from the Accessibility Spark team jumped in and gave us immediate support. The app was very easy to install. But more importantly, the customer support has been great because James has given us lots of great information which is important since we have been served. All I can say, if your site is not accessible, there are trolls out there searching for Shopify sites. I do wish Shopify would do more to protect the store owners

Fast response times. I am in PST and was getting messages from James at 830pm at night, which was really nice of him.

Not the cheapest app out there, but 100% worth the price. Tried the other accessibility related options that's out of the box and nothing came even close. The only things that came close were $500-1000+ enterprise options that work for Fortune 500 companies. Fantastic to have an option for the little guy.

I installed this app for the first time when I set up my Shopify page. Many of my customers are elderly and hard of seeing. The feedback from my customers has been incredible. I haven't fully explored all the features but I feel like I've only seen the tip of the iceberg in terms of features.

Wish I could give 10 / 5 for the amazing support. Implementation is actually pretty straightforward, but I was experimenting with different languages (huge plus) and ran into some issues. Turns out it was a buggy theme, but the Accessibility team walked me through it. I was worried it would be intrusive to my regular customers, but App itself is very subtle unless you're looking for it.

Tried this out as a novelty and ended up loving it. I've received some favorable comments from my customers as well.
