Great app

Easy to set up and great customer service experience

I'm still in the trial process, so I've tried out all the features in the last two days, and it's great, especially the brand customized query page, which can be embedded in shopify stores. I'll renew it when the trial is over.

Good Design and the App is not difficult to navigate.

Makes it easy to provide viable tracking information to customers which will relieve our number of support requests. Great app so far!
