Very good app to help customers to track their orders which also help us to have less email regarding "order status". Great online support, especially on whatsapp. They are very responsive and get things done as fast as possible. I highly recommend this app for every e-commerce and brands owners.

I just installed this app and from my testing it works well. I will have to see for a longer period how the app will be in the long run. Customer support Jessie has given me very quick support on my request to remove 17Track logo from my order tracking page.

I am very excited to see this application, and this is the tracking application that meets every store's needs. Their support is very fast and always answers my various questions regarding their product. Previously, I had an issue with Shopify tracking events from their apps, but their team always cares and takes a serious about the issue. Great Job for 17track.net

17track简单好用，app后台清晰，功能比较的完善。自带的店铺查询页功能省去了商家自己搭建页面的时间，也可以联动EDM完成自动Flow。支持查询的物流服务商较其他app更加的全面，价格来说也比较有性价比，推荐大家使用。

挺好用的，可以直接植入网站中，用户查询物流方式比较方便，如果能通过邮箱等关键信息直接获取用户的所有包裹信息就更好了，比如用户登录状态可以不需要输入任何信息或非登录状态只输入手机号或邮箱就可以直接获取全部包裹的物流信息，这样用户可以不用知道单号就能查询所有包裹的物流信息。

Previously I have another app which I use for tracking that's not very accurate, recently I got switched to 17 track, this is amazing tracking app, made my life easier, there customer support is also very good, very humble and polite, highly recommended for tracking.

这款插件便于客户查询物流，每月的免费额度有200个也很多，超出额度的收费跟其他同类查询工具是一样的。目前使用体检不错！希望后续17track也可以继续升级功能，期待早日可以实现一个订单多包裹的追踪功能。

非常棒的插件，商店设置追踪页面，客户自行追踪订单物流，省了不少事！！！ 全面监控各个渠道物流，自动识别非常方便。之前物流追踪问题一直是个大麻烦，都让客户手动去自己查询，经常不少争议。另外，自己管理客户订单的追踪也是十分方便，所有订单物流状态一目了然，把控时效，降低争议。 独立站卖家一大利器！！！
