I re-built the Watches of Wales store on Shopify Plus with a slick new design to help position them as a leader in the luxury watch market. The customer journey and ease of use/multiple customer help channels was at the front of our design process, as the new theme had to enable customers to contact the Watches of Wales team easily at each step of their purchasing and after-sales journey.
